Terms of Service

These terms apply to the 32 Roots website (https://32roots.in), the 32 Roots patient app, and the dental clinics listed below in Gurugram, Haryana (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, booking an appointment, or purchasing a membership plan, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be able to enter a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are booking or managing care for a minor or a dependent, you confirm you are their parent/legal guardian and are acting on their behalf.

2. Your account

• Sign-in is by phone number, verified with a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to that phone number secure.
• One account maps to one phone number. If you no longer have access to the number on your account, contact us at gdcgurgaon@gmail.com.
• You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is erased and what is retained.

3. Appointments

• Booking through the app or website reserves a time slot; it does not require any online payment.
• Consultation and treatment fees are paid at the clinic, as displayed at the time of your visit.
• Checking in with the in-app QR code at the clinic confirms your arrival and places you in the queue.
• We may reschedule or cancel a slot if a clinic is unexpectedly closed; we will try to notify you in the app and offer the next available slot.

4. Dental membership / care plans

• Care plans (Individual, Family, Corporate) unlock a bundle of visits/perks for a fixed period from purchase, as described for that plan at the time you buy it.
• You may hold active plans for more than one plan type at the same time, but you cannot purchase the same plan again while you already have an active, unexpired subscription to it — you can repurchase that plan once it expires.
• Membership purchases are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we never see or store your card/UPI credentials.
• A plan activates automatically once payment is confirmed, against the phone number you are signed in with — make sure you purchase while signed in to the correct account.
• Refunds for membership payments are handled case-by-case; contact gdcgurgaon@gmail.com with your payment reference.

5. Medical disclaimer

The Service helps you manage appointments and records; it is not a substitute for professional dental examination, diagnosis or treatment. “Roots AI” in the app answers general questions for educational purposes only and must not be relied on for diagnosis or emergency care — for a dental emergency, book the emergency slot in the app or contact a clinic directly.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information (contact details, allergies, medical history) so your care team can treat you safely.
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose — do not attempt to book slots, access accounts, or claim referral/membership rewards fraudulently.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app, website or backend systems.

7. Referral programme

Your referral code can be shared with friends and family. Rewards are credited once a referred person completes a qualifying first visit, at the terms shown in the app at the time. We may adjust or end the referral programme, or decline a reward where we reasonably suspect abuse.

8. Intellectual property

The 32 Roots name, logo, app and website content are owned by 32 Roots or its licensors. You may use the Service for your own personal healthcare management; you may not copy, resell or redistribute it.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account as described in §2. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, or to protect the security of the Service or other patients.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, 32 Roots is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or website; nothing here limits liability for clinical care, which is governed by applicable healthcare law and your treating dentist’s professional obligations.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gurugram, Haryana having jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
